HOUSTON – Two founding shareholders of Texas-based Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC have earned recognition for their real estate law practices in the 2018 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, the nation’s oldest peer-review guide to legal services. Marc Markel and Rick Butler have built robust practices advising community and homeowners associations, as well as other residential and commercial real estate clients. Both are Board Certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Markel is experienced in handling all aspects of real estate transactions.
