DALLAS – Full-service defense firm Sargent Law, P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Michael Spears, a dedicated and experienced civil litigator.

Mr. Spears has tried more than 70 jury trials across the state. He handles civil litigation matters involving premises liability, transportation and other topics. He is adept in defending against personal injury, property damage and serious accident claims.

His professional experience includes working as a staff counsel for United Automobile Insurance Co. and GEICO, where he served as lead counsel on several trials. He has also defended organizations and their policyholders in civil litigation matters and has successfully defended against several multimillion-dollar claims in civil litigation.

In his 10 years of practice, Mr. Spears has tried cases in Harris, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, McLennan, Dallas, Bexar and Travis counties.

He earned his J.D. from Southern University Law Center and his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Louisiana.
