Attorney gives legal perspective on impeachment inquiry

Constitutional law attorney David Coale joins FOX 4’s “Good Day” in Dallas to give a legal perspective on the impeachment process.

“So it begins in the House, the House develops articles of impeachment, finalizes them and sends them to the Senate,” said Coale. “And then historically, at least, the Senate has accepted them and conducted a trial with the full Senate and rendered a verdict on what the House identified as potentially impeachable conduct.”
