Jennie Bui-McCoy

Public Relations Manager

You know that feeling you get when your favorite player knocks one out of the park or kicks the winning goal? That’s exactly how Jennie feels when a client gets positive exposure and a chance to shine. Whether it’s creating a customized strategy or finding new audiences to increase visibility and awareness, Jennie proves she is a trusted partner and communication adviser to your team.

“Getting clients in the news is good. Having clients be the news is better.”

With over 10 years of experience working in both boutique and large-sized PR agencies, Jennie comes armed with a solid background in public relations. Prior to joining Androvett, Jennie created, built, and promoted compelling content for clients in urban planning and green space development, commercial real estate, hospitality, food & beverage, the performing arts, as well as nonprofit organizations focusing on health and education. Her dedication to the craft earned her several accolades, including a Silver Spur Award for “Best Cause-Related Marketing: Budget Under $50,000” by the Texas Public Relations Association.

In May 2018, Jennie completed her Master’s in Strategic Communication from American University in Washington, D.C.

Did you know?
  • Visit Houston estimates there are more than 10,000 restaurants in the Houston area. Jennie has sampled nearly half of those establishments (maybe slightly more than that) during her lifetime. Luckily, she also runs marathons to balance out her love of food.
  • Jennie was a competitive gymnast for more than 10 years. Sadly, she's still afraid of roller coasters and heights.
