Litigator Rick Anderson, based in Houston, was chosen for his outstanding defense work in professional liability cases. Mr. Anderson also represents emerging companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and publicly held companies. Justin Markel earned selection to Rising Stars for a fourth consecutive year for his work in employment and labor law. Board Certified in that practice area by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Markel is based in the Houston and Fort Bend offices. He also represents clients in complex corporate and real estate matters. Aaron Dobbs, who works from the firm’s Fort Bend office in Sugar Land, earned recognition for this work in estate and trust litigation. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
