Ms. Snedden represents real estate owners and affordable housing developers in transactional matters involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, HOME Funds, tax-exempt bonds, and private and governmental financing sources. With extensive knowledge of HUD programs, she regularly represents FHA-approved lenders. Mr. Shellenberger’s practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, as well as family law, wills, trusts and probate matters, personal injury and consumer protection matters. He previously worked with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and assisted the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas with the successful prosecution of drug and money laundering organizations in North and East Texas.
