Ms. Snedden represents real estate owners and affordable housing developers in transactional matters involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, HOME Funds, tax-exempt bonds, and private and governmental financing sources. With extensive knowledge of HUD programs, she regularly represents FHA-approved lenders. Mr. Shellenberger’s practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, as well as family law, wills, trusts and probate matters, personal injury and consumer protection matters.
