V. Johnson & Johnson
Published October 6, 2019
Trial attorney Mark Lanier discusses his talc/asbestos cases against Johnson & Johnson.
“I had handled enough talc cases before to know that there has historically been asbestos within the talc mines,” said Mark Lanier. “I liken it to a steak and the way fat is marbled into a steak. You can get a low-fat steak but it’s still going to have some fat in it. That fat is just built into the meat, and in the same way, asbestos is built into talc mines.”
