Questions still swirl: Will the mandate apply to full-time and part-time staff? What about temporary workers? Contractors? Staff who work remote?
Mary Goodrich Nix, a Dallas attorney specializing in labor and employment law, said she expects OSHA to clarify whether part-time workers count alongside full-timers as companies tally up their workforces.
