Q: What advice would you offer to young lawyers interested in practicing as a plaintiffs attorney?
A: The thing I would tell young lawyers looking at this area of law is that you have to learn how to pick your battles. Don’t waste your time, money or emotional energy on conflict that does not matter to your client’s case.
