“I think this bill will lead to uncomfortable situations and/or confrontations between restaurant employees and their patrons,” Rogge Dunn said. “And they’re going to have two choices, neither of which one is great. Either quietly confront and say they need to leave or call the police on their patrons, which is not a great way to retain business.”
