Houston’s NBC news affiliate KPRC-TV spoke with Alex Brown, managing attorney with The Lanier Law Firm, regarding a lawsuit against a California-based parking garage company. The operator, Metropolis Technologies, is accused of overcharging drivers across the nation for parking services.

“It’s really outrageous. I can understand how a new technology might have some glitches, but that’s not what this is,” Mr. Brown told KPRC.
