DALLAS – For the ninth consecutive year, Dallas personal injury attorney Jeff Rasansky has earned a spot on the annual Texas Super Lawyers listing.

Founder of the Rasansky Law Firm, Mr. Rasansky has earned the Super Lawyers distinction each year since it was introduced in 2003. He is recognized again this year for his work in plaintiffs' personal injury cases.

To compile the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers edition, researchers with Thomson Reuters' Legal Division solicited nominations from more than 70,000 attorneys across Texas. A select panel of attorneys assisted Super Lawyers editors with the final selections, which include fewer than five percent of all Texas attorneys.

The 2011 Texas Super Lawyers list appears in the October issues of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine, and is available at www.superlawyers.com.

Mr. Rasansky routinely is recognized among the nation's leading lawyers based on his track record of significant courtroom verdicts and settlements for clients in cases involving professional malpractice at hospitals and other health care facilities, dangerous and defective products, tractor-trailer and heavy truck crashes, and nursing home and day care injuries. He previously has earned a spot among D Magazine's "Best Lawyers in Dallas" and Lawdragon's "500 Leading Plaintiffs' Attorneys in America."

After earning his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1990, Mr. Rasansky joined a downtown Dallas firm where he learned the legal tactics used by large insurance companies, hospitals and nursing homes. In 1994, he formed The Rasansky Law Firm. Since then, his firm exclusively has represented individuals in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, products liability, overtime pay, and serious vehicle accidents.
